地铁钢筋腐蚀特性对混凝土抗压强度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 基于室内加速腐蚀试验,采用氯离子外渗法研究了杂散电流和氯离子共同作用下地铁钢筋的腐蚀特性及对混凝土抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:杂散电流和氯离子共同作用下地铁钢筋的腐蚀发展,与杂散电流、氯离子单一因素作用下的腐蚀发展相比更快,且杂散电流强度和氯离子浓度越大越显著。地铁混凝土抗压强度因钢筋腐蚀均有不同程度的降低,其中又以杂散电流和氯离子共同作用下混凝土抗压强度的损失最为显著。电化学腐蚀测试表明,导致杂散电流和氯离子共同作用下地铁混凝土抗压强度显著下降主要源于杂散电流和氯离子之间存在交互作用。 The laboratory acceleration corrosion tests of subway rebar under the coupling actions of stray current and chloride ions were carried out by using chloride ions external penetration method, and the effects of the corrosion features on the compressive strength of concretes were tested. The results show that the corrosion of subway rebar under the coupling actions of stray current and chloride ions develops more fast than those under the single action of stray current or chloride ions. And the corrosion speed up with the strength of stray current and the concentration of chloride ions increase. The compressive strength of subway concretes has a certain decline due to rebar corrosion. And among them, the decline under the coupling actions of stray current and chloride ions is the most obvious. The electrochemical corrosion tests indicate that it is mainly due to the existence of the interaction between stray current and chloride ion.
