摘要 针对国内企业设备档次低、设备管理水平不高,造成产品质量和可靠性差这一现状,首先详细介绍了机器设备的分类,并在此基础上阐述机器因素对产品可靠性的影响;然后以TPM为指导建立机器因素控制体系,对机器设备的全寿命周期进行过程管理,从而使产品质量和可靠性得到有效保证,最后以国内某机床企业为例论证机器因素控制体系的可行性和有效性。 The domestic equipment was low-end and short of efficient management, which led to the poor quality and reliability of the product. Therefore, in this paper firstly the classification of machine was expounded in detail. And on this basis how machine factors affected the reliability of product was described minutely. Then under the guidance of TPM, the machine factors control system was proposed, implementing process management for the whole life cycle of machine and therefore guarantee the quality and reliability of the product effectively. Finally an example of one Chinese machine tool company was taken to discuss the feasibility and validity of machine factors.
