摘要
以实际工程项目中的直动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构为例,根据设计要求建立凸轮轮廓曲线的数学模型,利用Matlab进行凸轮轮廓曲线的精确辅助设计以及从动件的运动仿真,将生成的凸轮轮廓线上点坐标导入Pro/E中,实现复杂凸轮的三维建模设计,为凸轮轮廓设计提供了一种简便精确的方法。
Taking the straight moving roller follower disk shaped cam mechanism in a practical project as an exam- ple, according to the design requirement, we established the mathematical model of cam contour curve and utilized Matlab to realize cam profile curve of precise aided design and follower motion simulation, cam contour point coordinates generated were imported to Pro/E, Eventually, we realized the design of complicated three - dimensional modeling of the cam. The process provides a simple and accurate method for the design of the cam profile.
