摘要 针对多工位工件自动装配系统,设计并实现了一种基于Android和物联网的四轴运动平台控制系统,完成了系统软硬件的设计开发与搭建。对四轴运动平台进行了三维建模,加工并搭建出样机。系统硬件主体搭建分三部分:Android智能控制终端、单片机中央控制器和电动机运动控制模块。软件开发包括Android手机APP及单片机主控程序开发。系统采用成熟的C/S架构,智能手机作为客户端,通过WIFI与服务器端即中央控制器实现通信和数据传输。主控程序中,设计并实现了自动控制及手动控制两种模式,采用S型加减速曲线,对电动机轴进行单一及联动控制,实现对四轴运动平台的控制。经实际测试,系统界面友好、操作灵活,且稳定可靠、实时性好。 For multi -station workpiece automatic assembly system,a control system of fouraxis motion platform is designed and implemented based on Android and lnternet of Things(IOT), including software and hardware. The 3D modeling of the four - axis motion platform is accomplished, and the prototype is built. Hardware building mainly consists of three parts: Android intelligent control terminal, central microcontroller and motor control module. Software development includes the programming of Android APP and microcontroller. The sophisticated C/S architecture is used, the smart phone as a client to commu- nicate via WIFI with central controller as the server. Based on S - Curve of aceelaration/decelaration, the main program proposes and implements the automatic and manual control modes of motors' single and linkage control so as to control the four- axis motion plattbrm. Through practical test, the system has friendly interface, flexible and stable operation and good real -time performance.
