摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料轴的承弯特性,设计了两种不同铺层方式的承弯轴,并采用了ANSYS有限元分析软件对轴的承弯性能进行了仿真,得到设计的承弯轴能够满足扭转性能,并获得了承弯轴的弯曲强度及最大模量。根据设计的两种铺层研制了碳纤维复合材料轴,并进行了承弯性能的试验。试验结果表明:碳纤维复合材料轴的理论仿真与试验误差较小,±45°铺层多的轴相对于90°铺层多的轴的承弯性能更好。
According to the bending characteristics of carbon fiber composite shaft,two different plies of the shafts were designed,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used in shaft anti-bending capability simulation,the bending strength and the maximum modulus of the shaft were acquired. According to the two plies,carbon fiber composite shaft were made,and experiments were taken. The results of the experimental show that the differences between Carbon fiber composite shafts' theoretical simulation and experimental results is small; ± 45° ply is better than 90° ply in anti-bending capability of carbon fiber composite shaft.
