摘要
利用Fluent软件对扇形喷嘴流场进行了可视化仿真,分析计算了冲洗压力对射流性能的影响,并且分析了打击距离和打击角度对清洗效果的影响,从而有助于确定更为合理的射流参数。结果表明:随着入口压力的增大,流量和打击力都显著增加;对某一特定规格的喷嘴而言,打击角度为15°时较为合适。
Visualization simulation was carried out for fan nozzle flow field by using Fluent software. Effect of flushing pressure on the jet wash performance was analyzed and calculated,and effect of striking distance and attack angle from the perspective of the cleaning effect was analyzed,so as to help determine a more reasonable jet parameters. The results show that with the increase of inlet pressure,flow and forces is increased significantly; for a particular specification of the nozzle,the strike angle of 15° is more appropriate.
