摘要
对于以往k9光学玻璃研磨抛光存在的问题,提出将磁性研磨加工方法应用在光学玻璃的研磨抛光上。该方法采用铣床主轴带动磁极旋转,从而使磁极带动磁性磨料来对工件的表面进行研磨加工。利用已研制的数控磁性研磨铣床,通过实验研究影响工件表面粗糙度的各个工艺参数,最终获得了k9光学玻璃凹面磁性研磨的优化工艺参数。
For the existence of the K9 optical glass abrasive polishing problems,the method was put forward for application of magnetic abrasive finishing in the optical glass polishing. The finishing method was adopted of the milling machine spindle to drive a magnetic pole to spin,then the pole drived the magnetic abrasive material to polish workpiece surface. By using the comupter numercial control( CNC) magnetic abrasive finishing milling machine developed already,the experimental research was performed about the effect of various process parameters on the workpiece surface roughness. Finally,the optimum process parameters of magnetic abrasive finishing in K9 concave optical glass are obtained.
