摘要
综述了受控油膜轴承动特性的影响因素以及油膜气穴的研究进展,分析了JFO稳态气穴模型的特点。对存在动态气穴的油膜轴承来说,考虑润滑油的表面张力,以应力连续边界条件代替压力连续边界条件来建立气穴模型更加符合物理实际。
Investigation on the influence factors of oil-film dynamic characteristics and oil film air-pocket about hydrodynamic bearing was reviewed. The features of the JFO air-pocket model were analyzed. Considering the surface tension of the lubricating oil,it is more accords with the practice of physical boundary conditions of air pocket for the oil film bearing to build up the model of dynamic air pockets that the pressure continuity boundary conditions are replaced with stress continuity conditions.
