高职教师心理焦虑因素分析

The Analysis of Teachers' Psychological Factors of Anxiety in Higher Vocational College

通过问卷调查发现高职教师的心理焦虑情绪日益严重,并以因子分解机的方法对产生焦虑情绪的因素进行计算,得出五个方面原因对焦虑情绪的影响程度数据,分别是收入和待遇、晋升压力、科研压力、身心健康、人际关系等五方面因素。针对高职教师的心理焦虑的问题,提出了建立合理的薪酬制度,提高教师待遇,改善办学条件,拓宽职称晋升通道,正确的职业定位,创造良好的组织承诺环境和提升教师心理调适能力等应对策略。

The survey found that the psychological anxiety of teachers in higher vocational college is becoming more and more serious. The influence degree of the five aspects reasons for anxiety is obtained by using factorization machine method which are income and pay,promotion pressure,scientific research pressure,the mental health and interpersonal relationship. Aiming at the psychological anxiety of teachers in higher vocational college,this paper puts forward the following coping strategy:establishing a reasonable salary system,improving the treatment of teachers,improving the school conditions,broadening the title promotion channel,finding the right career orientation,creating a good environment of organizational commitment and enhancing teachers' psychological adjustment ability.
