爆炸物品示踪剂抗侵蚀试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 爆炸物品示踪技术是由我国自主研发的新技术,该技术的研发成功攻克了一项国际难题,填补了爆炸物品安全管控领域的一项技术空白,实现了对爆炸物品的跟踪、溯源、安检、打非等目标(其中包括炸后溯源),为爆炸物品安全管理提供了一种综合治理手段。该技术的核心是示踪剂,示踪剂的价值在于化学编码。为确保化学编码持久不变,化学稳定性是先决条件。分别用去离子水、0.1mol/L盐酸、1mol/L盐酸和硝酸铵水溶液,分别在120℃、110℃、100℃、90℃等温度条件下,对示踪剂进行侵蚀试验,以样品的特征荧光和特征谱图两个指标在侵蚀前后的变化情况作为依据,研究示踪剂的稳定性。试验结果表明,经侵蚀之后,示踪剂的特征荧光和特征谱图均无明显变化,说明示踪剂的稳定性优良。优良的稳定性为示踪剂的研发成功奠定了基础。 The tracer technology of explosives is a new technique developed by china,which conquers an international difficult problem and fills in a blank in the field of explosives safety controls.It achieves the goal of tracking,traceability,security of explosives,including traceability after explosion,and fighting against the illegal,that offers a synthetic governing measures to explosives safety supervision.The core of the technique is taggants with the value lying in its chemical coding,thus to insure the chemical coding keep constant,the chemical durability of taggants is the precondition.In this paper,deionized water,0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid,1mol/L hydrochloric acid and ammonium nitrate solution was used respectively to corrode taggants under the temperature of120℃,110℃,100℃ and 90℃ respectively for a period of time,then the luminance of the tested taggant's fluorescence was observed and their characteristic spectrogram were detected.The test results indicates that both the luminance offluorescence and the characteristic spectrogram have no significant change after corrosion under the test conditions,which explains that the chemical durability of the taggants is good.A good durability lays the foundation of the success of taggants.
