摘要
采用大气等离子喷涂制备了铝硅氮化硼(AlSi/BN)、铝硅聚苯酯(AlSi/PHB)和铜铝聚苯酯(CuAl/PHB)可磨耗封严涂层,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),能谱分析(EDS),X射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法研究了三种封严涂层在中性盐雾腐蚀前后的宏观、微观形貌,表面成分、相结构以及表面硬度的变化,分析了三种可磨耗封严涂层的抗中性盐雾腐蚀性能。结果表明,CuAl/PHB涂层的抗中性盐雾腐蚀性能明显优于AlSi/BN和AlSi/PHB涂层。
AlSi/BN,AlSi/PHB and CuAl/PHB abradable abradable coatings were prepared by plasma spraying,and the corrosion behavior of which was examined by neutral salt spray test.The surface morphology,microstructure,surface composition,phase structure and hardness of abradable coatings were characterized with SEM,EDS and XRD before and after corrosion test.Neutral salt spray corrosion performance of the three abradable seal coatings was analyzed,neutral salt spray corrosion performance of CuAl/PHB coating is better than AlSi/BN and AlSi/PHB coatings.
