大港南部油田地面设施腐蚀原因探讨 被引量:2

摘要 大港南部油田腐蚀现象严重,由此带来每年数千万元的成本支出并对生产造成不良影响。通过分析南部油田腐蚀结垢的特点,研究腐蚀结垢成因,重点探讨了产出液成分对腐蚀结垢的影响,特别是H_2SO_4还原菌的腐蚀、H_2S的腐蚀、生产用化学药剂的腐蚀作用、垢样成分与腐蚀关系以及Cl^-、介质温度等因素对腐蚀的影响,简要介绍了一些腐蚀结垢治理的措施及效果,并结合实际经验提出了目前仍然存在的问题。为高腐蚀油田解决地面设施腐蚀难题提供一些经验借鉴。 Because of the serious corrosive phenomena in Southern Dagang Oilfield, tens of millions of yuan have expensed and have a bad effect on production. Through the analysis of characteristic and reason of corrosion, this article discusses the effect of produced fluid to corrosion. The corrosion caused by H_2SO_4 bacteria and H_2S, corrosive effects of production chemicals, the relation of scale samples and corrosion, the impact of Cl- and medium temperature to corrosion are especially discussed. Then the article introduces the controlling measures for corrosion and the result. At last the problems are indicated combined with practical experience. This article offers some experience for corrosion of ground facilities in Oilfield.
