塔里木油田轮古区块标准化钻井工艺流程的构建

摘要 为缩短钻井周期、节约钻井成本,塔里木油田塔北项目部(简称塔北项目部)实施了以标准井及标准工艺流程的构建为核心的"五标"管理建设。以塔北项目部轮古区块为例,分析了轮古区块已完钻井的地质构造与建井参数,构建了标准井的井身结构、固井参数、测井参数、录井参数及完井方式,并以此为基础,设计了相应标准井的标准钻进、固井、测井、录井、完井等工艺流程。标准井及标准井标准工艺流程的构建和管理,有助于油田企业制定原材料采购标准,合理确定各项材料及费用消耗定额,缩短工期,节约成本,保护环境,从而提高企业的经济效益和管理效率。 To shorten drilling cycle and decrease drilling cost, the construction of 'five standards' management were conducted in the Tabei Project Department of Tarim oilfield(Tabei Project Department for short), and the standard well and its standard operation construction process is the core of 'five standards'. Take Lungu Block in Tarim Oilfield as an example, through the analysis of geologic structure and the parameters of wells in Lungu block of the Tabei Project Department, the well structure, cementing parameters, logging parameters and completion method of standard well were determined. Meanwhile, the standard operation process of drilling, cementation, logging completion was established as well. The construction and management of the standard well and its standard operation process contributes to make the standard for materials procurement, determine the reasonable cost quota of materials and consumption, shorten drilling period, save the drilling cost, protect the environment and improve the economic and management efficiency of enterprises finally.
