摘要
传统的Z源逆变器实现了利用独特的Z源网络直接实现直流侧电压的升降,但是其存在非正常工作状态且启动时冲击电流大。针对这些问题,研究了一种改进型Trans-Z源逆变器,在保留了传统Z源逆变器优点的同时,还能抑制启动时的冲击电流,消除非正常工作状态,并且具有更好的升压能力。采用LCL滤波技术,对基于改进型Trans-Z源逆变器光伏并网系统进行了Matlab/Simulink仿真实验,实验结果验证了该系统的可靠性、稳定性及有效性,并且适合于光伏发电并网系统。
Unique Z source network is used on the traditional Z source inverter to realize the rise and fall of DC side voltage directly,but abnormal working condition is existed,and there are big surge current when it is started. To solve these problems,a kind of modified trans-Z-source inverter was studied,which could retain the advantages of traditional Z source inverter. At the same time,it could also restrain the impact of the startup surge current,eliminate the abnormal working state,and had better ability of booster. LCL filter technology was used to carry out the Matlab/Simulink simulation experiment based on the modified trans-Z-source inverter photovoltaic(PV)grid system. The experimental results verify the effectiveness,stability and reliability of the system,and the system is suitable for the PV grid-connected system.
