摘要 采用WinCC通用监控系统、PLC控制技术和Profibus-DP现场总线相结合的控制方案,由PLC实现控制和数据采集功能,由WinCC组态软件实现实时监控、显示设备运行状态、数据查询等功能,完成对设备的远程监控和故障诊断,提高了水力机械试验台电气控制系统的自动化水平,实现高精度参数测量。该系统方案已在国家能源中小水电设备重点实验室得以应用,可操作性强、自动化程度高、系统运行稳定,取得良好效果。 An integrated approach of the Win CC universal monitoring system,PLC control technology and Profibus-DP field bus was presented,the PLC was used to implement the control and data acquisition functions and the Win CC configuration software was used to implement some functions,such as real-time monitoring,display the running state of the equipment and data query to accomplish the task of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment,improved the automation degree and achieve the high accuracy parameter measurement of the electric control system.The scheme of this system has been used in the national energy key laboratory of small and medium sized hydroelectric equipment,with stable operation,easy to implement and high degree of automation,it achieve a good application effect.
