摘要
面对日益拥堵的城市交通,城轨列车因其舒适快捷等优点已成为城市居民出行的首要选择,而合理的接地设计是城轨列车安全运行的可靠保障之一。通过对地铁车辆不同类型接地方式的分析,针对某地铁进行了接地方式的改进,将DC 110 V接地装置直接接到车底转向架上,从而使DC 110 V接地装置和DC 1 500 V接地装置分开,并在车体与汇流排之间引入接地电阻。减小了高压回路与低压回路的公共阻抗,同时减小了通过车体的回流电流。最后通过现场测试验证了改进接地方式的合理性。
With increasingly congested urban traffic,urban rail train has become the first choice of city dweller for its advantages of comfortable and fast. A reasonable grounding design is one of the reliable guarantees of urban rail train safe operation. Through the analysis of different types of grounding method for metro vehicles,an improved grounding scheme was put out. The DC 110 V grounding device connected directly to the bottom on the bogie. It made DC 110 V grounding device and the DC 1 500 V grounding device separated,and added the grounding resistance between car body and busbar. Reduced public impedance of high voltage loop and the low pressure loop,and reduced the backflow through the current body at the same time.The rationality of the improve grounding method is verified by field test ultimately.
