摘要
在科学技术突飞猛进,知识经济高速发展的今天,成人教育受到越来越多的关注。但由于种种原因导致其在发展过程中出现诸多问题,而"慕课"时代的来临则给成人教育的发展带来了新的曙光。文章运用SWOT分析法,对慕课引入至成人教育的优势、劣势、外部机会和威胁进行分析,并给出慕课在我国持续发展的对策。
With the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge economy,adult education has been attracting more and more attention.However,because of various causes,many problems exist in the process of its development.The coming of the era of MOOCs brings new hope for the development of adult education.By using SWOT method,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of introducing MOOCs into adult education as well as external opportunities and threats. Then it offers some advice for MOOCs'sustainable development in China.
