心内科住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题与对策

Problems in standardized training of residents of cardiology and countermeasures

针对心内科住院医师规范化培训过程中存在的认识不足、临床技能操作培训不够、带教教师积极性低等问题,提出提高认识、完善培训制度、加强临床技能培训和提高培训质量等方面的对策,以便使住院医师规范化培训在有限时间内高质量完成培训目标。

This paper first discusses the existing problems in standardized training of residents of cardiology departments,i.e.,inadequate understanding and training of clinical skills,and teachers'lack of initiative.Then it proposes some countermeasures so that the standardized training of residents can accomplish training targets with high quality in limited time,including improving understanding,perfecting the training system,strengthening clinical skills training,and improving the quality of training.
