血液病房院内感染病原菌分布特点分析

Survey on Characteristics of Distribution of Infectious Pathogens in Hematological Department

目的通过2010～2013年血液科住院患者医院感染部位分布,病原菌特点和耐药性分析,了解病原菌分布情况,为临床合理选择抗生素提供参考.方法：对医院血液科2010～2013年住院患者临床分离的病原菌分布及耐药性进行分析.结果：共分离到487株病原菌,革兰阴性菌占69.2%,革兰阳性菌占27.1%,真菌占3.7%.革兰阴性菌对碳青酶烯类最敏感,革兰阳性菌对万古霉素最敏感.结论：血液科医院感染以革兰阴性菌为主,在细菌培养结果出来前建议用革兰阴性菌为主兼顾革兰阳性菌的广谱抗菌活性强的抗菌药物.

Objective: To By investigating the infection sites,distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens in hematology wards during from 2010 to 2013,We will understand the distrution of infection pathogens, as well as for better empirical antibiotic therapy.Methods:The distribution and the drug resistance of clinical isolates of pathogens from hospitazed patoents in hematologic wards during 2010 to 2013 were analyzed. Results:Totally 487 strains of pathogens were isolated, the Gram-negative bacilli were 69.2%,the Gram-positive cocci were 27.1% and the fungi were 3.7%.Gram-negative bacteria were mostly sensitive to carbaenem, Gram-positive bacteria were mostly seneitive to vancomycin. Conclusion:The Gram-negative bacteria are the most common pathogens in patients of hematology ward.In clinics before identification of bacteria it is better to use the antibiotics against the Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria.
