上海市嘉定区迎园医院对舒缓疗护患者生活质量影响分析

Analysis of the Quality on Life in the Patients with Soothing Care in Ying Yuan Hospital, Jiading District, Shanghai

目的:为能充分发挥社区卫生服务中心在晚期癌症患者舒缓疗护中的作用,探讨上海市嘉定区迎园医院舒缓疗护患者的生活质量状况及影响分析。方法:选取2012年8月至2014年12月入院接受舒缓疗护的晚期肿瘤患者112例,对患者的一般情况进行收集,并分析死亡患者的"临床病情评估表"(病情评分)。分别于入院当天及入院1周进行问卷调查,了解患者的生活质量情况并进行分析。结果:患者入院后的转归为死亡的有68人(占60.7%)。死亡组的病情评分均值为(47.82±9.06)分,平均死亡时间32.25天左右。入组舒缓病房后,患者的躯体功能、情绪功能、疲乏、疼痛、恶心呕吐、失眠、便秘、食欲丧失及整体生活治疗较前均有所改善。认知功能、角色功能、社会功能降低。结论:病情评分低于50分的患者生存期控制在4周左右。舒缓疗护在很大程度提高临终患者的生活质量。

Objective: To explore the quality on life and factors in the patients with soothing care in Ying Yuan hospital, Jiading district, Shanghai.Methods:A total of 112 cases, who were diagnosed advanced tumors, were enrolled in the study from August 2012 to December 2012. The General information of the patients was collected, and the clinical condition assessment score were analyzed in the death patients. To understand the quality on life of the patients, a questionnaire survey was investigated at admission and a week after admission respectively.Results:There were 68(60.7%)patients dead after admission. The average score was(47.82± 9.06)in the dead group with a 32.25 day average survival time. The physical function, emotional function, fatigue, pain, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, constipation, loss of appetite and quality on life of the patients were improved, while the cognitive function, role function, social function reduced after be hospitalized in the soothing care ward.Conclusion:The survival time was 4 weeks in the patients with the clinical score less than 50. The qualities on life were significantly improved when the patients got the soothing care.
