世界遗产监测评估进展及对农业文化遗产管理的启示

Progress of World Heritage Monitoring and Evaluation and enlightenments to China's Agriculture Heritage Systems Management

遗产监测评估是世界遗产管理的重要内容,也是世界遗产价值维护和遗产地可持续发展的重要保证。本文从国际、国内两个角度回顾了世界遗产监测评估的发展历程,论述了国内外世界遗产监测评估的研究进展,并在分析农业文化遗产监测评估进展的基础上提出了中国农业文化遗产监测评估的需要关注的3个问题。

Monitoring and evaluation are very important to the World Cultural and Natural Heritage management and so to the Globally(and Nationally)Important Agricultural Heritage Systems.Based on the summarization of World Heritage monitoring and evaluation progresses in both international and domestic,the authors proposed three suggestions to GIAHS and China-NIAHS monitoring and evaluation,including to establish perfect monitoring and evaluation system,to strengthen theoretic and operational research of monitoring and evaluation,and to pay much attention to the capacity building of local monitors.
