摘要
本文根据美国波多里奇国家质量奖的《绩效优异教育标准》,设计了当前我国研究生教育质量评价的测量题项,从学生、教师、学校管理者与用人单位等高校相关利益者的角度,通过问卷调查与访谈,从领导、战略策划、学生、利害相关者和市场重心、测量、分析、知识管理、教职员重心、过程管理和组织绩效结果 7个方面对我国高校研究生教育质量管理实践进行评价,让我们站在学校组织层的高度识别学校的核心竞争力和可持续发展因素。
This paper studies The Education Criteria for Performance Excellence of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and designs measure question items of graduate education quality evaluation in China. From the perspective of students, teachers, school administrators and employers, through questionnaire survey and interview, we evaluate seven aspects of practice of education quality management in Chinese universities, including the leader-ship, strategic planning, students, stakeholders and the focus of the market, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, staff focus, process management and organizational performance.
