应用型本科院校文科专业人才培养的探索与实践——以徐州工程学院人文学院为例

The Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation of Liberal Arts Majors in Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Taking the Humanities College of Xuzhou Institute of Technology as An Example

文科生就业难的局面使应用型本科院校文科专业人才培养的重要性日益凸显出来,如何培养高素质的应用型文科人才以适应社会需要也成了很多应用型本科院校亟待解决的问题。本文以徐州工程学院人文学院为例,通过对应用型本科院校文科专业人才培养现状的分析,有针对性地探讨地方应用型本科院校文科专业人才培养所做的探索与实践。

Liberal arts students＇employment dilemma makes the importance of the cultivation of liberal arts majors in applied undergraduate colleges. And how to cultivate high quality applied talents to meet the needs of society has become a problem to be solved in many applied undergraduate colleges. In this paper, taking the Humanities College of Xuzhou Institute of Technology as an example, the exploration and practice of the cultivation of the Liberal Arts in local applied undergraduate colleges is discussed, by analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of hberal arts majors in applied undergraduate colleges.
