HuR和p120在结直肠癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测HuR和p120在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(IHC)检测HuR和p120在454例结直肠癌组织中的表达。结果结直肠癌组织中HuR表达高于正常结直肠组织(P〈0.05),而p120表达则低于正常结直肠组织(P〈O.05)。45例结直肠癌组织中,HuR、p120阳性表达率均与肿瘤的组织学分级、浸润程度及临床TNM分期有关(P〈0.05);而与年龄、性别、肿块大小无关(P均〉0.05);P120在有、无淋巴结转移组中表达差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),HuR蛋白表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);HuR和p120表达呈负相关(r=-0.343,P〈0.05)。结论结直肠癌中HuR高表达可能参与了肿瘤发生与增殖,而p1204R,表达可能与肿瘤浸润及淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of HuR and p120 proteins in colorectal carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of HuR and p120 in 45 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 15 samples of normal rectal tissue were detected by immunohistochemical ( PV-8000 method ) . Results The expressions of HuR in colorectal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal rectal tissue ( both P〈0.05 ) , while p120 was lower than those in normal rectal tissue ( P〈0.05 ) ) .The expressions of HuR and p120 in colorectal carcinoma tissues were correlated with the clinical stage, infiltrationand and histological grade ( both P〈0.05 ) ; while not correlated with age, gender and tumor size ( both P〉0.05 ) . The lymph node metastasis was correlated with p120 expression (P〈0.05) , but not with HuR expression ( P〉0.05 ) . HuR expression was positively was negatively correlated correlated with pl20 expression in colorectal carcinoma ( r=0.343, P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Overexpression of HuR may be involved in the tumorigenesis and tumor proliferation, while lowexpression ofpl20 might be related to the tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis in colorectal carcinoma.
