半月板损伤的MRI三维重建诊断系统初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究自行开发的核磁共振(MRI)三维重建诊断系统诊断半月板损伤的准确性方法设计开发一款能够利用膝关节MRI的数据进行半月板三维重建显示的软件。并将89例半月板损伤共103个半月板的软件诊断与关节镜诊断作对比,研究软件分析半月板损伤部位及形态与关节镜诊断的一致性,结果以关节镜诊断为标准,软件诊断半月板损伤部位的Kappa值=0.839(P〈0.05),诊断半月板损伤形态的Kappa值=0.702(P〈0.05)结论本研究软件诊断半月板损伤的部位与形态与关节镜诊断具有良好的一致性,能够较为;位确地诊断半月板损伤,并提供直观的三维重建图像。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of a three-dimensional MRI diagnosis software for meniscus injury developed by ourselves. Method A three-dimensional MRI diagnosis software was developed, which coutd read data from MRI of knee and display the three-dimensional reconstruction of meniscus. The injury regions and configurations of 103 meniscus injury cases analyzed by our software and were compared to what were diagnosed by arthroscopy. Result Compared with the arthroscopic Result acknowledged as the gold standard, the Kappa value of our software was 0.839 ( P〈0.05 ) for injury region and 0.839 ( P〈0.05 ) for injury configuration.Conclusion Our three-dimensional MRI diagnosis software could contribute to the diagnosis of meniscus injury. The correlation between the software and arthroscopy in detecting the region and configuration of meniscus injury was favorable.
