乳腺微小钙化灶三维立体定位切除活检的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨在乳腺X线引导下行乳腺微小钙化灶三维立体导丝定位及活检对早期乳腺癌的临床应用价值。方法对62例乳腺X线检查发现可疑微小钙化灶的患者,行乳腺X线引导下三维立体导丝定位,并行手术活检及病理检查。结果62例患者全部定位成功,病理诊断恶性病变14例,良性病变48例,其中12例导管上皮不典型增生。结论对乳腺微小钙化灶行数字化三维立体导丝定位活检准确性高、操作简便、实用性高,有利于早期乳腺癌的发现。
