武定鸡日粮适宜代谢能和粗蛋白质水平的研究 被引量:14

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮代谢能和粗蛋白质水平对1~42日龄武定鸡生长性能和氮平衡的影响,以探讨1~42日龄武定鸡代谢能和粗蛋白质的最适需要量。采用二因素交叉试验设计,设置3个代谢能水平(12.0、12.6、13.2 MJ/kg)、5个粗蛋白质水平(17%、18%、19%、20%、21%),共15种饲粮,将135只鸡随机分成15个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复3只鸡,进行饲养试验和氮平衡试验。结果表明:1代谢能和粗蛋白质水平对期末体重、日增重、日采食量、料重比均有显著影响(P〈0.05),对日采食量无交互作用(P〉0.05),对其它指标均有交互作用(P〈0.05);2粗蛋白质水平对氮摄入量和沉积量有显著影响(P〈0.05),代谢能水平对氮摄入量、氮沉积量和氮沉积率均无显著影响(P〉0.05),粗蛋白质和代谢能水平对氮沉积量有显著交互作用(P〈0.05),氮摄入量与氮沉积量呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01),相关系数为0.712。综上,以生长性能为衡量指标,武定鸡日粮适宜代谢能和粗蛋白质水平分别为12.6 MJ/kg和19.35%。 In order to discuss the most suitable metabolic energy and crude protein requirement of Wuding chicken at 1 to 42 days of age, this study was to investigate the effect of dietary metabolic energy and crude protein levels on growth performance and nitrogen balance of Wuding chicken. A 2 factors experiment was employed with 15 types of diet containing 3 metabolic energy levels (12.0, 12.6 and 13.2 MJ/kg)and 5 crude protein levels (17%, 18%, 19%,20%, 21%). There were 3 repeats in each group and 3 birds in each repeat. After that,feeding experiments and nitrogen balance tests were preceded. The results showed that metabolic energy and crude protein level had significant influence on final weight,daily gain,daily feed intake,feed/gain ratio (P〈0.05); The interaction was available to all these parameters (P〈0.05) except daily feed intake (P〉0.05). Crude protein level had significant influence on nitrogen intake and nitrogen deposition (P〈0.05),while metabolic energy had no significant influence on nitrogen intake,nitrogen deposition and nitrogen deposition rate (P〉0.05), but crude protein and metabolic energy had a significant interaction on nitrogen deposition (P〈0.05); Nitrogen intake was very significantly positive to nitrogen deposition (P〈0.01)with correlation coefficient 0.712. In conclusion, measured with growth performance, the appropriate requirement of metabolic energy and crude protein of Wuding chicken was 12.6 MJ/kg and 19.35% respectively.
