油佐剂灭活疫苗免疫剂量对蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究油佐剂灭活疫苗免疫剂量对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。选用360只1日龄"京粉2号"蛋鸡作为研究对象,随机分成3组,每组12个重复,每个重复10只。低剂量组油佐剂灭活疫苗注射量低于免疫程序推荐剂量的50%,对照组按照免疫程序推荐剂量注射油佐剂灭活疫苗,高剂量组油佐剂灭活疫苗注射量为免疫程序推荐剂量的1.5倍。试验周期为336 d。结果表明:1140~210日龄,低剂量组和对照组的产蛋率显著高于高剂量组(P〈0.05),低剂量组、对照组的料蛋比显著低于高剂量组(P〈0.05),对照组的破蛋率显著低于低剂量组和高剂量组(P〈0.05);2211~336日龄,对照组的料蛋比显著低于高剂量组(P〈0.05),对照组的破蛋率显著低于低剂量组和高剂量组(P〈0.05);3高剂量组蛋壳厚度、强度显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),高剂量组蛋黄胆固醇含量显著高于低剂量组和对照组(P〈0.05)。结果表明:过量使用油佐剂灭活疫苗会造成蛋鸡产蛋率降低,料蛋比升高,破蛋率增加,蛋壳质量降低,蛋黄胆固醇含量增加。 This study was aimed to investigate the influences of immune dose of inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine on laying performance and egg quality of layers. 360 one-day-age "Jingfen No.2" layers were selected as the subjects and divided into 3 groups, each group had 12 replicates and each replicate with 10 layers. The injection dose of inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine in low-dose group was 50% lower than the recommended dose of immune procedure,the injection dose in control group was standard recommended dose, and the injection dose in high-dose group was 1.5 times of standard recommended dose. The experimental period was 336 days. The results showed as follows: ①during 140 to 210 days of age, laying rate of low-dose group and control group was significantly higher than that of high-dose group (P〈0.05), feed/egg ratio of low-dose group and control group was significantly lower than that of high-dose group (P〈0.05), and broken egg rate of control group was significantly lower than that of low-dose group and high-dose group (P〈0.05) ; ②during 211 to 336 days of age, feed/egg ratio of control group was significantly lower than that of high-dose group (P〈0.05) , and broken egg rate of control group was significantly lower than that of low-dose group and high-dose group (P〈0.05);③eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of high-dose group were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). And yolk cholesterol level of high-dose group was significantly higher than that of low-dose group and control group (P〈0.05). The results indicated that the excessive dose of inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine could lead to lower laying rate and eggshell quality,higher feed/egg ratio and broken egg rate, and increased cholesterol level of yolk.
