摘要 偏置蜗杆面齿轮传动是由圆柱形蜗杆与曲线齿面齿轮构成的一类新型齿轮传动,曲线齿面齿轮的齿面几何形状不同于常见的直齿或斜齿面齿轮,其齿面形状复杂,具有不对称性等特点。将偏置蜗杆面齿轮作为研究对象,以齿轮啮合理论为基础,完成对曲线齿面齿轮齿面方程的求解,结合MATLAB编程、Solidworks实体建模,得到其几何模型。建立渔线轮中偏置蜗杆面齿轮传动副模型,并通过有限元软件分析实际工况下该对齿轮副的接触情况和传动特性,为后续面齿轮传动系统的优化设计及传动强度校核提供实验指导和理论依据。 Offset worm gear surface is a new class of gear transmission, which is formed with worm gear and the cylindrical gear. The tooth surface curve is different from the common spur or helical gear tooth, and its flank is complex shape with asymmetric features. Basing of the gear meshing theory, treating the worm gear as the research object, we have solved the completion of the curve tooth gear tooth surface equations. Combining with MATLAB programming and Solidworks modeling, we have got its geometry model. Setting up the offset face gear transmission model in the reel drive, analyzing the actual condition of the gear pair and transmission characteristics with the finite element software, then we can design and optimize the subsequent face gear drive transmission system to provide the theoretical guidance for strength check and experiments.
