摘要 结合风力分选与直线往复振动机械的特点,提出了一种新型的分选废塑料薄膜的方法——风力振动分选。从理论上分析废塑料薄膜的运动状态,建立废塑料薄膜在风力振动床上的运动数学模型,利用MATLAB的优化工具箱对其进行优化仿真分析,获得各参数的最优组合,通过比较收到了比单一振动作用好的分选效果,揭示废塑料在风力振动床上的滑动运动规律,为设计新型塑料风力振动设备提供理论支持。 Combined with the characteristics of wind sorting and linear reciprocating vibration machinery, a new method of sorting waste plastic films, the wind and vibration sorting, was proposed. The movement of waste plastic films was analyzed from this theory. The mathematical motional model of waste plastic films was established on the wind and vibration bed. The simulation analysis of waste plastics was performed by MATLAB to obtain the combination of optimal parameters. The effect of wind and vibration separation was better than single vibration separation by comparison. The results revealed the sliding motion law of waste plastics in wind and vibration bed and provided the theoretical support for the design of a new type of plastic wind vibration equipment.
