摘要
针对某船主推进电机偶发艏、艉枢电流异常偏差问题,理论上分析了电流偏差的原因,在全面分析、排查、勘验基础上,借助温升试验等技术手段,精确定位了故障点,确定了故障原因,采用合理修理方案及时排除了主动力装备存在的风险隐患。
In order to eliminate the incidental deviation of armature current of marine main propulsion motor, the cause of the current deviation is analyzed in theory, based on the comprehensive analysis, investigation and in-spection, repair technique and measures including temperature rise test were presented to pinpoint the fault, determine the cause, and finally exclude the potential risks of the propulsion motor.
