中小企业在市场经济的带动下,逐渐成为促进社会发展和进步不可缺少的重要力量。而中小企业战略管理中的决策问题又是影响其是否能持续健康发展的关键,对此必须使用科学的决策工具和方法。目前,我国中小企业的决策水平还有待提高,中小企业要在复杂的环境中成长,就要认真分析其所处的不同环境,明确自身定位,做出适合自身发展的科学决策。在这种情况下,中小企业更加应该注重决策工具的准确应用,从战略层面管理好决策过程。

However, the decision problems in the small and medium enterprises＇ strategic management is a key to impact on whether small and medium enterprises could keep a good state in development, so we must use the scientific decision tools and methods. But at present small and medium enterprises still need to improve the decision level. We must take the complicated internal and external environment factors into consideration, hold the way forward in their own hands, do some innovation and reformation for themselves, find a way suiting themselves to develop. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to use decision tools accurately from the strategic level to manage the decision process.
