教育学公共课的逆向思考

摘要 受重智轻德传统思想观念的影响,目前师范教育只注重师范生学科知识的学习,而忽视对师范生职业道德的训练和教师职业信仰的培养,导致绝大多数的师范生"师范性"不强,且对教师职业的认可程度低。文章针对问卷调查中关于师范生对教育学公共课学习态度的调查结果,反思当前师范生培养中的教师信仰问题,并试图从课程与教学的角度提出对策建议,以期能够缓解师范生的教师职业信仰危机。 With the impact of traditional "knowledge better than ethics" concept, teaching education at present only emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge while ignores the training of professional ethics and beliefs for the normal college students. This may result in a lack of "teacher-training" and bring the students incorrect vocational recognition. In this thesis, authors discuss the problems of teachers' vocational beliefs in the current teacher training based on the results of the questionnaire survey on the students' attitude towards the general courses. We also give some advice on solving the vocational beliefs crisis from the perspective of curriculum and teaching methods.
