摘要
随着教育民主化与现代化的推进,教师参与学校决策成为做好学校内部的全面质量管理工作的最佳途径。文章通过问卷调查法对石河子市六所初级中学教师的实际参与状态和期望参与程度进行比较,并对实际参与和期望参与的内容进行比较,分析学校类别、性别、教龄、学历、职称、职务等因素对教师参与决策的影响,发现石河子市初中教师实际参与状态和期望参与程度存在显著性差异,实际参与内容和期望参与内容存在非均衡性,性别、教龄、学历、职务因素对教师参与决策的影响存在显著性差异,根据影响因素的分析,提出相应的建议。
Along with the education democratization and modernization, teachers' participation in school decision making as well within the total quality management work proves one of the best ways. In this paper, through the questionnaire investigation of six junior high school teachers involved in actual state and expectation of participation in Shihezi, we did research on the actual participation in and expectation to participate in the content of the comparison, the analysis of school class, gender, teaching age, educational background, professional title, position and other factors which influence teachers' participation in decision-making. We found in actual state and expectation participation there exist significant difference; in the actual participation in content and expectation to participate in content there exist unbalance; and in gender, teaching age, educational background, position influences on teachers' participation in decision-making there exist significant difference. According to the analysis of affecting factors, we put forward the corresponding suggestions.
