摘要
对常规天圆地方连接结构进行了加筋改进,并相应地建立了两种线性力学分析模型。有限元计算结果表明,加筋后的天圆地方连接结构承压能力提高,锥壳上添加筋板可以弱化整体结构的应力,增强了整个模型的可靠性。
The rib plates,which are added to original round top and square bottom structure,is improved structure.And two linear mechanical analysis models are established accordingly.By comparing the results of stress linearization,the superiority of the new structure is obtained.Through the analysis of the new model results,it is obtained that conical shell with steel plate can weaken the stress of the whole structure,and the new model is more stability.The structure with steel plate provides a new method and the scientific basis for the security of chemical equipment.
