比利时汉学研究调查

Sinological studies in Belgium

目前学界对欧洲汉学研究的介绍大多限于英法德等主要大国,比利时虽是小国,但其作为欧盟总部和欧洲中心地位举足轻重,因此本文根据作者在比利时高校工作的实际经验和调查研究,力图系统而全面地对比利时汉学的发展历程和当代的发展状况及主要汉学家及其研究成果做一梳理和介绍,使国内学者更加深入地了解比利时的汉学研究与发展情况。本文还分析了当代比利时汉学研究的特点,希望借此搭建中比学术交流的平台,为中外学者的进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。

In terms of Sinological studies in Europe, the focus of the Chinese scholars is now on some key countries like the Great Britain, France and Germany. Although Belgium is a less powerful country,it plays a decisive role since it is the headquarter of the European Union politically and the center of Europe geographically. Thus, this paper attempts to make a systematic and comprehensive survey of the history and the current situations of Sinological studies in Belgium as well as its major sinologists and their achievements on the basis of the working experiences and investigations of the author. This paper expects that the analysis of the characteristics of Sinological studies in Belgium will promote the academic exchanges between China and Belgium and shed much light on the future studies in this aspect at home and abroad.
