摘要
目的评价双源CT Flash模式(Flash螺旋心脏扫描模式)和常规模式(回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描模式)在低心率患者冠状动脉成像中的应用及其影像质量和辐射剂量。方法将277例需行CT冠状动脉成像检查的低心率患者随机分为A、B两组,A组139例行Flash模式扫描,B组138例行常规模式扫描。对重建后两组图像的影像质量进行分析评价,同时对两组不同扫描模式的检查辐射剂量和参数进行对照研究。结果两组冠状动脉扫描模式的图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.10,P>0.05);两组不同扫描模式的检查辐射剂量指标CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)、扫描时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t分别=22.01、19.98、19.98、29.87,P均<0.05)。结论对于心率控制在≤65次/分且规则的低心率患者首选Flash扫描模式,在获得与常规模式相同质量的冠状动脉影像的同时可显著降低辐射剂量。
Objective To evaluate the imaging quality and radiation dosage of dual-source CT flash mode(Flash spiral heart scan mode) and conventional mode(retrospective ECG-gated helical scan mode) applying in patients with low heart rate. Methods A total of 277 low heart rate patients who underwent coronary artery CT angiography(CTA) were randomly divided into group A(139 cases) and group B(138 cases). Flash spiral heart scan mode was employed for group A. Conventional retrospective ECG-gated spiral mode was performed for group B. All images were transferred to the workstation for further processing and analysis. The radiation dose and parameters of the two different scanning modes were compared. Results There was no significant difference in image quality between the two groups(t=1.10,P〉0.05).There were significant differences in CTDIvol, DLP, ED of radiation dose and scanning time between the two groups(t =22.01, 19.98,19.98,29.87,P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional mode, the Flash coronary artery CT angiography technique was first choice for patients with heart rate ≤65 bpm and regular sinus rhythm because of similar image quality and lower radiation dose.
