120例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者不同型别HPV感染状况分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨不同亚型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在不同程度宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者中的感染状况。方法对40例正常宫颈及120例CIN的患者(包括CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ患者各40例),进行常见的4种亚型HPV(HPV低危型6、11型及高危型16、18型)的检测。结果 HPV总阳性率为57.50%。HPV6、11、16、18 4种亚型在CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ组的感染率分别为5.00%、0、30.00%、12.50%,7.50%、12.50%、47.50%、10.00%,17.50%、10.00%、47.50%、7.50%。CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ组均以高危型HPV16型感染率最高。HPV感染检出率在正常宫颈组及CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ组分别为22.50%、47.50%、77.50%、83.50%,各组HPV感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HPV感染率随着宫颈CIN严重程度的增加呈上升趋势。结论正常宫颈及不同级别的CIN患者HPV感染情况不同,不同亚型HPV在不同程度的CIN患者中的感染率不同。 Objective To investigate the infection status of different subtypes of human papilloma virus(HPV)in the patients with different degrees of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods The 4common HPV subtypes(low risk HPV subtype 6,11 and high risk subtype 16,18)were detected in 40 patients of normal cervix and 120 cases of CIN(including 40 cases ofⅠ,40 cases of CINⅡ and 40 cases of CINⅢ).Results Among 120 cases of CIN,the total positive rate of HPV was 57.50%,the infection rates of HPV subtype 6,11,16 and 18were 5.00%,0,30.00%,12.50%in the CIN Ⅰgroup,7.50%,12.50%,47.50%and 10.00%in the CINⅡ group and 17.50%,10.00%,47.50% and 7.50%in the CINⅢ group respectively.The infection rate of high risk HPV subtype 16 in the CINⅠ,CINⅡ and CINⅢ groups was highest.The detection rates of HPV infection in the normal cervix,CINⅠ,CINⅡ and CINⅢ groups were 22.50%,47.50%,77.50%、and 83.50% respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The infection rate of HPV showed the increasing trend with the cervical CIN severity increase.Conclusion HPV infection is different in the normal cervix and different grades of CIN.Different HPV subtypes have different infection rates among the patients with different degrees of CIN.
