超声引导下注射聚桂醇治疗静脉畸形骨肥大综合征疗效分析

Ultrasound-guided intralesional injection of lauromacrogol in treating Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome

目的观察超声引导下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗静脉畸形骨肥大综合征（KTS）的临床效果。方法选择KTS患者19例,均在超声引导下行患肢曲张浅静脉内注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗,注射完毕以医用弹力绷带局部适当加压包扎,每例患者治疗3-6次,术后随访6-12个月。结果有效16例,无效3例。19例患者均无异位栓塞等严重并发症发生。结论经皮注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗KTS可有效的减轻症状,控制畸形血管的进一步发展,而超声引导是确保疗效的重要手段。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided intralesional injection of foam hardener lauromacrogol for treating Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome（KTS）.Methods Totally 19 patients with KTS were selected and injected with lauromacrogol by ultrasound guided varicose superficial vein,the medical elastic bandage was used for appropriate local compression dressing after the injection.Each case received the therapy for 3-6times.The postoperative follow-up was performed for 6-12 months.Results Sixty cases were effective and 3cases were invalid.No severe complications such as ectopic embolism occurred in19 cases.Conclusion Ultrasond-guided percutaneous intralesional injection of lauromacrogol can effectively alleviate the symptoms of KTS and control further progress of abnormal vessels,while the ultrasound guiding is an important means for ensuring the curative effect.
