摘要
以花岗岩加工的微观过程为研究对象,分析其过程中花岗岩裂纹的形成与应力分布情况。运用ANSYS LS-DYNA及LS-PrePost分析软件,建立了单颗粒金刚石压入花岗岩的压痕断裂模拟过程的物理模型,在不同工况下进行模拟,利用网格变形图获得了花岗岩微观裂纹的形成以致断裂的过程,根据得到的花岗岩有效应力云图,对比了不同工况下花岗岩应力变化过程,获得仿真对象花岗岩的最大应力。其结果为后续的花岗岩铣削加工刀具的深入研究,以及实际应用中工艺参数的选择提供参考的依据,对降低花岗岩加工的成本,具有一定指导意义。
With the micro process of granite processing as the research object, the formation of cracks in granite the processing process and stress distribution are analyzed in this paper. Using LS - DYNA ANSYS and LS - PrePost analysis software, the physical model of indentation fracture simulation process of a single diamond grain pressed into on granite is established, and simulation of the process under different conditions is run. The process of forming micro cracks in granite is obtained by using grid deformation map, and the maximum stress of granite is obtained. The results provide reference basis for further research and selection of parameters in actual application for granite milling tools, to reduce the cost of processing granite.
