摘要
根据变胞机构构态变换过程中的运动学和动力学特性,分析了影响变胞机构构态变换可靠性的主要因素,并对其概率分布特征参数进行了求解。以等效阻力梯度模型为理论基础,建立变胞机构构态变换约束可靠性分析模型,用变胞运动副等效阻力系数的概率分布特性来衡量变胞机构构态变换的可靠性。
According to the kinematics and dynamics of the process of metamorphic mechanism configuration transformation, the main factors that affect the reliability of metamorphic mechanism configuration transformation are analyzed in order to estimate its probability distribution parameters. Based on the theory of equivalent resistante gradient model, the reliability analysis model of metamorphic mechanism is established. And the coefficient of equivalent resistance is used to measure the reliability of metamorphic mechanism.
