摘要
提出了利用压电晶体逆压电效应作为标准声源的声发射传感器的性能检测方法。在此基础上,设计实现了基于比较检测法的泄漏声发射传感器性能检测系统,并应用到泄漏声发射传感器辐照后的性能检测中。检测结果和传感器使用效果表明,该方法用于声发射传感器性能检测是可行的。
The method for performance calibration of acoustic emission sensor with a standard acoustic source generated by the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic was proposed. The performance calibration system of leak acoustic emission sensor based on comparative testing method was designed and built. It was also applied to postradiation performance calibration of leak acoustic emission sensor. The result of calibration and the effect of sensor usage proved that the method is for on performance calibration of acoustic emission sensor.
