应用高频超声筛查甲状腺疾病在健康体检中的效果分析

目的:对高频超声在筛查甲状腺疾病健康体检中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取医院需进行甲状腺健康体检的568例受检者,采用东芝680高频超声诊断仪对受检者的甲状腺进行多角度、全方位的检查,对受检者甲状腺与超声检测仪最后清晰显示情况进行记录、分析。结果:经高频超声检查,568例受检者中共筛查出甲状腺异常者151例,阳性率为26.58%,检查结果显示,103例受检者为甲状腺实性结节;20例为甲状腺囊实性结节;92例为甲状腺体积肿大、实质性回声不均;3例患有甲状腺癌。结论:甲状腺疾病在健康体检的筛查中,采用高频超声检测仪进行筛查,能够及早的发现病情特征,具有重要的临床价值,在新疾病的发现和治疗上也有着重要的参考价值。

Objective： The effect of high-frequency uhrasound screening for thyroid disease in the physical examination were analyzed. Methods： Select the hospital in need of 568 cases of thyroid healthy subjects, the use of high-frequency ultrasound diagnostic equipment Toshiba 680 subjects with thyroid multi-angle, all-round check on the subjects thyroid ultrasound detector finally clear display case recorded and analyzed. Results： By high-frequency ultrasound, 568 cases of subjects with abnormal thyroid CCP screened 151 cases, the positive rate was 26.68%, the test results showed that 103 cases of subjects with thyroid solid nodules; 20 cases of thyroid cystic nodules; 92 cases of thyroid volume enlargement, substantive echo uneven; 3 cases with thyroid cancer. Conclusion： Thyroid disease screening for healthy, high-frequency ultrasonic detector screening can detect the disease early features, has important clinical value in the detection and treatment of new diseases also has an important reference value.
