论科研工作与应用型大学办学体系建设

On Scientific Research and the Construction of Running-system of Application-oriented University

为促进高等教育更好地适应经济社会发展的需要,2015年10月,教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合颁发了《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》,为应用型大学的建设和发展,带来了新的机遇。在应用型大学的发展过程中,要注重发展应用型大学的科技工作,认清应用型大学科技工作的特点,把握应用型大学科技工作与人才培养的关系,重视应用型大学科技工作的内在要求。在积极做好高等学校的科技工作中,要优化和调整学科专业结构,努力探索应用型大学的办学体系,积极探索、大胆试点,创新应用型大学的办学实践。

To promote higher education and its better adaptation to the needs of economic and social development,the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission,and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued ＂The Guidance for the Transition of Local Colleges and Universities to application-oriented Mode ＂in October 2015,which brought new opportunities for the construction and development of application-oriented universities. In the development of application-oriented universities,attentions need to be paid to the scientific and technological work. The characteristics of scientific and technological work in application-oriented universities should be clarified and the relationship between scientific and technological work and talent cultivation should be grasped. Also,emphasis needs to be laid on the inner requirements of scientific and technological work in application-oriented universities. To develop the scientific and technological work,the discipline structure need to be optimized and adjusted,and the running-system of application-oriented universities needs to be explored,so that innovative school-running practice can be created.
