基于合作博弈的校企合作长效机制实现路径研究

Research of Realization Path about Long-acting Mechanism of College-Enterprise Cooperation Based on Cooperation Game

高等院校以育人为首要目标,追求社会效益。企业追求的是经济效益,以获利为首要准则。如何达到校企双方目标的统一,最基本的要点是找准校企双方共同的利益点,实现校企双方的优势互补和合作共赢。合作博弈追求合作双方的信息互通和利益的合理分配,存在有约束力的可执行契约。因此,基于合作博弈的校企合作长效机制实现路径研究,能够实现校企双方资源的优化配置和组合,建立校企合作可持续发展的良性循环,提升高职教育服务经济社会的应用性功能。

The top priority of a college is to cultivate talents,which goes for social effectiveness. An enterprise goes for economic effectiveness,and the first objective is to get profit. How to realize the relatively uniform of their goals,it＇s important point lies in finding the common points of the profit in the college and enterprise,to realize complementary advantages and ‘win-win＇cooperation. In cooperation game,it seeks information communication of cooperation parties and reasonable distribution of interest,which has binding and executable contract. Based on the cooperation game,the realization path about the long-acting mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation is constructed,which could realize optimized distribution and combination of college and enterprise resources,build continuous development of college and enterprise,and improve the application function of the higher vocational education for the economy society.
