运动对动物脂肪代谢和能量代谢的影响研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 能量代谢不平衡所导致的动物亚健康是世界性的科技难题和研究热点,运动可以显著改善动物体组织与器官的功能状态,有利于组织器官的脂肪代谢和能量代谢的平衡。运动需消耗大量能量,这来源于骨骼肌的收缩。骨骼肌的收缩会消耗能量,改变机体的能量平衡,也因此会启动抑制这种改变的机制,而雷帕霉素靶蛋白m TOR在其中发挥着重要作用。运动对静息能量代谢有明显的影响;对骨骼肌的代谢及脂肪代谢及其调节都有显著影响。
