摘要
针对冲击性负荷,本文研制了一种高压大容量调功系统。为平衡冲击性负荷的有功波动,调功系统采用电极式热水锅炉作为阻性负载,并与晶闸管阀组串联构成有功调节支路,通过对晶闸管触发角的控制,连续调节支路的有功。同时本文设计了以负荷平衡为主,频率限值为辅的系统级控制策略及开环加闭环的装置级控制策略。现场试验结果表明高压大容量调功系统可以连续调节有功,快速有效地平衡冲击性负荷的有功冲击。
Aim at impact load, a new high-voltage and large-capacity active power adjusting system is developed. A hot water boiler of electrode type is utilized as the impedance load. Through the trigging angle control of the thyristor valves which connect with the boiler in series, the system could adjust the active power continuously to balance load. Meanwhile, the system-level and device-level control strategy are developed. The system-level control strategy is composed of the main function which is the load balancing and the supplementary function which is the frequency limit. The device-level control strategy is proposed which uses the function of open-loop plus close loop control. Field application indicates that the high-voltage and large-capacity active power adjusting system could balance the impact active power of the impact load rapidly and effectively.
