手术切除胰腺癌卵巢转移瘤六例 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺癌是一种恶性程度很高的消化道肿瘤,生存期短,是预后最差的恶性肿瘤之一。胰腺癌主要通过淋巴及周围浸润转移,最常见的转移部位是局部淋巴结、肝、腹膜和肺,转移到卵巢极为罕见[1],临床无规范可循。本文报告北京协和医院收治并手术治疗的6例胰腺癌卵巢转移瘤患者的临床症状、手术、临床病理资料及生存情况,探讨手术切除胰腺癌卵巢转移瘤的意义。临床资料1984年1月至2014年10月30年间,
