miRNAs在食管癌中的研究进展

摘要 食管癌(esophageal cancer,EC)是消化道常见的肿瘤之一。micro RNAs(mi RNAs)是一类小的内源性的非蛋白编码RNAs,通过致癌基因、抑癌基因在EC的发病机制中扮演着重要角色。近年来的研究表明,许多mi RNAs在EC组织中的表达存在明显的差异,更好地了解mi RNAs在EC发生发展中的作用,可为早期诊断、预后和治疗提供新的策略。
