氧化镁加入量对铝镁质干式捣打料性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以不同粒度的白刚玉、α-Al_2O_3微粉以及电熔镁砂为原料,硼酸为结合剂,手工捣打制备试样;研究镁砂加入量对经高温热处理后试样的物相变化、显微形貌以及力学性能的影响,以优化铝镁质干式捣打料中镁砂的加入量。结果表明:手工捣打试样经过1600℃烧后,氧化镁加入量为6wt%时试样的性能较优异,反应生成的铝镁尖晶石较多,其晶粒尺寸约为8μm,大部分尖晶石结晶完整,呈现较规则的形状。 The appropriate amount of magnesia adding to the aluminum-magnesium dry ramming materials had optimized through the analysis of the effect of magnesia amount to the phase change, microscopic morphology and mechanical properties of the sintered samples used the different sizes of white corundum, α-Al2O3 powder and fused magnesia as the raw materials, boric acid as a binding agent and using a hand- ramming molding method to keep its shape. For the samples by manual ramming forming sintered at 1600 ℃, the appropriate amount magnesium addition was 6wt% , and the reaction in the sintered samples had generated a greater amount of magnesium aluminium spinel of which their sizes were about 8 μm. The most of spinel crystals have crystallized intact, and a relatively regular shape.
